About Kevin
Kevin Lusignan, MA is the owner and principal of Meeting of Minds Consulting. Kevin can help you and your organization grow and improve with services related to strategic planning, executive coaching, organizational development, training, special projects and conflict resolution.
Kevin earned a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management with a Concentration in Organizational Conflict (2008-2010) at Royal Roads University. Kevin’s studies focused on conflict management and analysis, organization development/change management, systems theory, social psychology of organizational behaviour and action research. Kevin’s research paper was about organizational change. Kevin also holds credentials in Management and Leadership, Workplace Conflict, Negotiation and Mediation.
Kevin has been in leadership roles for over 30 years and most recently was the CEO of a social service organization for the last 8 years.
